North Norfolk Georgian Manor House

Our much loved family home is a Georgian Rectory, set in it's own beautiful parkland, in a rural location, close to all the amenities of the North Norfolk coast. A very peaceful and private location. The house works brilliantly for families. There is a large garden with play facilities. It is slightly worn in places but super comfortable beds, duvets etc and is exceptionally well kitted out. It has everything you need for a cosy stay! Please do enjoy the back garden and enjoy the peach house and children's trampoline and swings. The exceptions are our children's playroom (which will be locked) and my office/sample room which I am unable to lock, but ask guests not to enter. Our neighbour keeps her horse in the fields adjacent to the house and she is moved regularly, so please do not enter the fields. Other things to note Please note! A metal baby gate is installed at the top of the main staircase but please do be aware there is another staircase at the back of the property which does not have one. There are also several different levels within the house with steps between them and these also do not have baby gates in place. Otherwise we do not have baby proofing on any of our sockets, switches, cupboards, sharp corners so parents please do be vigilant!
