We're so excited to welcome you to our lovely family home overlooking the river in the friendly and perfectly-located village of Harbertonford. Recently renovated, the house has a brand new kitchen, bedrooms, porch and living areas. With all downstairs living areas bordering the garden, accessed through large bifold doors, you can enjoy the alfresco dining, a bbq, and a large hot tub - whilst little guests can tire themselves out on the trampoline! Paddle-board & bikes available on request. The space Our large family home has multiple living spaces, more than big enough for everyone to spread out and relax. It also benefits from a completely secluded garden that borders the river. There is a kitchen/dining/living space with a long island for cooking and sharing meals (as well as a dining table), and an additional living room and playroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (we can also setup an extra bed in the study if required). x2 Master bedrooms with king size bed (both ensuite) x1 kids room with bunkbed x1 double or x2 twin (connected beds) With 3.5 baths - one large family bathroom, two en-suites and one downstairs toilet. There is private parking on the drive and additional free road side parking. Guest access Our home is your home - you will be able to access all areas of the house aside from our office & pantry, with access via a key box. We can also provide bikes/scooters on request & have a SUP that can be rented. Other things to note Best suits families as one room is v much a children’s space with bunk beds.
