With all downstairs living areas bordering the garden, accessed through large bifold doors, you can enjoy the alfresco dining, a bbq, and a large hot tub - whilst little guests can tire themselves out on the trampoline! Paddle-board & bikes available on request. The space Our large family home has multiple living spaces, more than big enough for everyone to spread out and relax. It also benefits from a completely secluded garden that borders the river, making an idyllic scene to sit outside and relax, or have a barbecue on a sunny evening. There is a kitchen/dining/living space with a long island for cooking and sharing meals, as well as a dining table, and an additional living room and playroom for the kids. Guest access Our home is your home - you will be able to access all areas of the house aside from our office & pantry, with access via a key box. Other things to note Harbertonford is an attractive Devon village with a village shop, and local pubs doing good food on the estuary just down the road. Our property is ideally situated in the South Hams to get to Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe or any beaches on Devon’s south west or south east coasts. The house best suits families as one room is a children’s space with bunk beds, plus we have a children’s playroom and trampoline.
