Easily accessible with 4 steps and just a minute walk to Millendreath beach with stunning sea views from enclosed terrace. Sleeps up to 4 with open plan lounge, kitchen/diner & two bedrooms, one with double bed and other with bunk beds. The Beach Shack cafe/ bar is open daily & seasonal cocktail bar and pizza. Looe is a 30 minute walk. Our villa is dog friendly and is perfectly suited to a seaside family holiday, for couples or friends, for relaxing, hiking or visiting Cornish attractions. The space The Beach House, number 32, is the most easily accessible of all the hillside villas, with just four steps up to the terrace so you can park and load/unload your car immediately outside the villa for up to 30 minutes. We welcome dogs (recommend a maximum of 2 or 3 small dogs). The lounge/kitchen/diner is a fantastic open plan space which features a comfortable lounge, WiFi, TV, electric fire and dining area. The fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, under counter fridge with small freezer section and microwave. Patio doors lead out to the large decked area from where guests can enjoy the wonderful views of Millendreath valley and beach. The main bedroom has a standard double bed and small built in storage unit, mirror, hairdryer & hair straighteners and overlooks the terrace and sea. The second bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children with a selection of toys and games. The modern bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and wash basin. Parking is available for a charge (£20 per week) via the pay and display machine in the car park or via the RingGo app. The Beach Shack is open during the day for breakfast, lunch and drinks - opening times and menus vary. Nearby Looe has a variety of independently owned shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants – many of which are dog friendly. It is a 30 minute walk along the coastal path or a 5 minute drive. There are also a number of boat trips, fishing trips, water sports and other excursions available to book as well as a working harbour. There are acres of woods behind the villas suitable for dog walks and many other suggested good walks in the area and neighbouring villages and beaches. The Beach House is an excellent base to discover all that Cornwall has to offer. Guest access Guests have full use of the villa and private terrace. Other things to note You can load and unload immediately outside the villa for a maximum of 30 minutes at the beginning and end of your stay. The on-site car park is very close and the cost is £20 per week payable via the RingGo app.
