This is a two-bedroom, two-bath home that sleeps four. Our home is within walking distance from all the restaurants and less than a five-minute drive to several local beaches. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. There are Wi-Fi and AC units in all rooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom has a bath in the hallway. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio. We have water reserve tanks. This is a 2-bedroom 2, 2-bath home just finished in 2014. Our home is walking distance from all the restaurants and less than a 5 minute drive to several local beaches. It is complete with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators/freezers, COLD A/C, fenced backyard, and much much more. There is unlimited wifi as well. You can experience Isla Iguana by boats that are launched minutes away, experience world class fishing, drive through the mountains, or visit the sea turtles. The world famous surfing destination of Playa Venao is only a 30 minute drive. All of it! We live in the house next door so are always available to assist. If by chance, we are out of town, we will have an assistant helping with any needs that come up. ` We are walking distance from the town square (the center of Pedasi), but we are still on a very quiet road surrounded by pastures. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet except for the roosters crowing and the occasional fiesta in town square! Everything in Pedasi is walking distance from our home. The beaches are a 5 minute car ride or a 15 minute (or less) bike ride. If you want to go a little further to Playa Venao or Canas, then there are many buses that will take you there. Of course, you can rent a car, if that is more convenient. Sometimes, Pedasi suffers from power, internet, and water outages. We are not responsible for that. However, our home has a water reserve tank to alleviate the hassle.
