Downtown room in apartment for 1-2 people

Very central location. 5 min. walk to the city center, nearest grocery store and bus stop. Mini fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer and microwave in the room, access to fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen & towels included. The room contains 140 cm bed, smartTV, desk, chair, armchair, sliding door wardrobe, underfloor heating, wifi. Private terrace. You will have the bathroom mainly to yourself. You'll share the apartment with me and my son who stays with me every other week. The space The neighborhood has a large common lawn area with benches, playground equipment, swings and slides for the children. All apartments also have their own private garden spot, and veranda/terrace, where guests can enjoy the view on nice days, the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. Guest access Guests have access to a private small terrace outside the room. The room has its own mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer, clothes steamer, microwave. As well as a small selection of cold and hot drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea, chocolate, broth, soups) and some snacks (nuts, crackers, bars). Cup, glass, dish and cutlery for easy cooking in the room. Guests have access to the homeowner's kitchen, where they can prepare larger meals/dinners. This will be agreed upon with the homeowner in advance. If the homeowner is not home, guests can use the kitchen when they wish. Guests have the bathroom mainly for themselves since the landlord has his own bathroom on the 2nd floor, but the landlord will occasionally use the washing machine in the bathroom. Guests have access to a combi washing machine at no extra cost, but please clarify the use of it with the host first. During your stay I am available as needed both by phone, text, email and messenger. I leave it up to the guests to contact me if they wish. I am flexible and helpful by nature, and my guests are welcome to ask me for help with e.g. transport/pick-up. Other things to note Free parking at the apartment. The guests can lock themselves in with the Yale doorman code that they get. I will greet guests in person if it is possible, I am not at home the guest can check in themselves. The room is marked with the guest's name. I'm happy to drive/pick up guests for free if I'm home, just ask me.
