Our team carries out cleaning tasks every morning to keep the beach in the best possible condition for our visitors. Other things to note 🚨IMPORTANT - Any date changes or cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the check-in date. - On the road leading to the accommodation, you will encounter a stretch of dirt road, which can be a bit tricky in winter. However, it is completely passable and is not a problem for any vehicle. - During the winter season, it is common for sugarcane bagasse and other natural debris to accumulate on the beachfront, due to the proximity to the mouth of the Achiguate River. Our team cleans the beach every morning to keep it in the best possible condition for our guests. - The cleaning fee, paid at the time of booking, covers the cleaning before and after your reservation. - Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be requested through Airbnb. - Reservations outside of Airbnb are not accepted. - Any changes or requests must be made to your host through Airbnb. - Upon check-in, you will be given one speaker, which is the only one authorized for use on the property. The use of any other speaker is prohibited due to issues with neighboring villas. - Remember to bring your own charcoal if you'll be using the barbecue grill. - If you need firewood for the campfire, please let me know on Airbnb.
