PEACE CORNER

The Studio house is located in Águas de São Pedro, in front of the Palmeiras Dam. It has a large parking lot, hot and cold air-conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue area, laundry area, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Great location, close to the city center and other commercial establishments, and 15 minutes from Thermas Water Park. The entrance to the house is the same as that of the owner who lives in the back. IMPORTANT: (LAW OF SILENCE) BETWEEN 9 A.M. AND 10 P.M., THE NOISE LIMITS ARE 50 DECIBELS. SUBJECT TO FINE The space Swimming pool, barbecue area, garage and the entire space of the rented house.
