Cabin at Tempelseter, Norefjell near ski slopes

Cozy little mountain cabin at the end of a cul-de-sac on the sunny side of Norefjell, 900 m above sea level. Cross-country ski trails approx. 100 meters from the cabin, opportunities for downhill skiing at Tempelseter (500 m) and Norefjell (30 min by car). Fantastic hiking area with Høgevarde (1459 m.a.s.l.) and Ranten (1419 m.a.s.l.). Possibilities for fishing, mountain biking or just relaxation. Large plot with outdoor furniture, barbecue and fire pit. This is our own cabin that we use ourselves so we want to rent it out to someone who takes good care of it. The cabin is located peacefully at the end of a dead end road – perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay all year round. • The cabin is old, but with several upgrades in recent years (including new windows, running water and drainage), approx. 65 m2. • Well suited for both families with children and couples • Bedroom 1 double bed (150 cm) Bedroom 2, double bed (160 cm) Bedroom 3 Bunk Bed Bedrooms 2 and 3 are connected to each other without a door in between. • Wood stove in the living room and panel stoves. The cabin gets warm quickly. • Parking space for 2 cars – with electric car charger • TV (without subscription) and portable speaker • Wifi can be activated on request (NOK 179 for 5 GB or NOK 279 for 10 GB) • Duvets and pillows for 6 people (Bed linen and towels must be brought) Well equipped kitchen: • fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, kettles, juice presses, frying pans, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, frying pans. • Nespresso coffee machine with milk steamer • Everything you need for cooking and cozy meals (NO dishwasher) Child-friendly: • Travel bed and high chair available • Books and toys for the little ones •. Duplo and Lego Outdoor area: • Large deck with outdoor furniture, dining table and benches • The cabin is in a remote location with a nice view • Weber charcoal grill and fire pan Nearby area: • Cross-country ski slope approx. 100 meters from the cabin – go straight out into the track • 5 min drive to Tempelseter Alpine Resort • 30 min to Norefjell Alpine Resort • Walking distance to cozy Tempelseter Trollstue • Short distance to Eggedal city center with Jernia, Spar grocery store that is self-service and open 24 hours a day with a good selection + Liquor store •. Power is included in the price. In addition, you will find consumables such as: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, matches, candles, sugar, salt and various spices available in the cabin. Kitchen towel and kitchen cloth are also available + small towel in the bathroom. The tenant brings his/her own bedding (duvets in the cabin are 140X200) and towels. If desired, or if forgotten, this can be rented for an additional fee. Guest access Entire cabin Other things to note Winter❄️There are normally well-groomed winter roads up to the cabin, but if you do not drive a car with 4-wheel drive and/or have studded tires, we recommend that you bring chains or similar in the trunk - just in case.
