Attic suite has a futon, which lets out into a double bed, a twin bed in another area, a private bathroom, sitting room, small refrigerator and counter space with stools. House is 10-12 minutes to Oberlin College campus. There is parking. I also have a dog and 2 cats which are never in the attic.
