We are offering out our second personal home as we are only there three times of the year. Naturally, the house is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances for me and my family, which you are free to use. Away from the noise of the town centre and the busy promenade, however still very close to the amenities The beach and the town centre are no more than 15 minutes walk or a 5-minute drive, including to the bus and train station A short 5-minute walk will take you to the supermarkets and restaurants Denia, specially this residential zone, is considered to be very safe, during the day as well as nights Guest access You can enjoy the full comforts of this property exclusively, including the rear private garden The rest of the community, with the two communal pools and gardens, are shared exclusively by the residents Other things to note Parties, smoking or vape, pets or candles are not permitted.
