This farm house is perfect for birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings and functions. * We supply entertainments include: Karaoke, Snooker, Mahjong, beanbag game, boomerang game, and golf practice. * Outdoor chilling patio with stunning views. * All bedrooms can walk into patio. * over 8000 square lawn where you can play football or rugby. * Plenty of parking space. *Gourmet kitchen, with everything you need. *Living area and bedrooms have air-conditioning. This home comforts and everything else you need for peaceful stay with beautiful views through the heartland. Guest access The house and the lawn around the house . Other things to note — If you are having party here, we can accept maximum 15 people for daytime party, including host, children and guests. If you have more than 15 people for daytime party, we will charge $15 per extra person. — Day time party preferred. If you are doing night time party , pls enquiry before book. — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are discounted prices, these are accommodation prices. If you having party in theses days, there will be an extra charge of $260. Please enquiry before book . — If over 60 people, please contact me before booking. (Extra fee apply ) —-At all times, we can accommodate maximum 10 people stay overnight as we have only 6 beds. — TV is for karaok only , unable to connect to your own music. TV is in Chinese version, but karaok machine is in English version . Check in : 2 pm Check out : 10 am Early check in : we allow early check in if the previous night was not booked. Its $80 per extra hour. If you have difficulty making bookings, please get someone over 25 years old to book.
