The space Enjoy a full kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, stovetop, filtered tap water, and a water bubbler for bottled water. Sleep in a new, luxury queen bed, and refresh in the large, shower. The ample natural light and air conditioning create a restful environment, perfect for your vacation. High-speed WiFi, a smart TV with Fire Stick, and an Alexa Bluetooth speaker keep you connected and entertained. Very safe and walkable area with amazing restaurants all around it. Unit is on second floor (one level above ground level apartments). There are two sets of stairs with about 10 steps each to get to our floor. The staircase is wide and has handrails. This is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of locals enjoying their day-to-day life. If you want to be steps away from tourists spots while enjoying Mexico life, this is the perfect spot for you. (There is a bus station on the street, so expect bus noise). Guest access The building has a double gate entry system keeping the upstairs extra safe from the street. Not that you need it, the neighborhood is very safe. I, as a woman, walk around alone at night plenty and have never felt unsafe. We visit our condo as often as we can and have never had any security concerns. Our property manager will meet you with the keys at check in. Other things to note There is no laundry in the building or unit but the launderia around the corner is VERY cheap and good. Tell Mari we said hi! This is a neighborhood where locals live. You can buy bread and water from vendors walking along the street, you can eat delicious street from Ramon’s spot out front of the building, you can catch a bus to almost anywhere just steps away. If you’re looking for an all inclusive vibe high up above the local community, this might not be the place for you.
