Attic in Castro Urdiales

This place has a strategic location. Located in the heart of Castro Urdiales' historic district, you'll enjoy its streets with traditional shops, lively people, and bars with local cuisine. This attic, with over 50 years of history, has been recently renovated. Its ocean views, with the sound of waves in the background, make it special. The only drawback is the five-story stretch without an elevator, which keeps the great-grandmother who lives on the third floor in shape. The space This attic has a room with a bunk bed designed for a family of three. The views of the Cantabrian Sea make it unique. It's small, but cozy. Its original wooden floor is warm and contrasts with the renovation carried out a few years ago. When we stay, we do it as a family and there are four of us. Even though it's small, we designed it to have everything you need. It is a place to arrive after a day of walking, beach, sightseeing, and to rest on a good mattress after a hot shower. (Or cold ^^). We know that climbing five floors is hard. We did it with a toddler, a baby, the shopping, the stroller... but we always thought that if the almost 94-year-old great-grandmother does it up to the third floor... how can't we? If you see her in the hallway, she doesn't speak. She's been deaf since she was three, but maybe she'll surprise you and tell you about her life. Ironically, she talks with her elbows. Other things to note Laura is our trusted person at the place, who will hand over the keys and take care of any questions that may arise. She is a lovely person and could be an ambassador for Cantabria, so it is also great to count on her for any tourist information.
