In 10 minutes on foot you are on the beach and near the tram studio, quiet, bright, well equipped. Fiber installed because the DSL was slow. Mobile air conditioning. Downtown is about 30 minutes on foot and 7 minutes by tram. Personalized welcome. We will be available for any information regarding visits (Nice, Ville Franche sur Mer, Beaulieu, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Menton and nearby Italy. Parking is quite easy on our street, which outside the university period is quite airy.
