A lovely bright large double room in a cosy home with original features and brand new luxurious bathroom with rain shower and free parking. Walking distance to Burley Park station (5mins) Headingley Stadium (5mins), Leeds University (20mins), Leeds Beckett University (15mins), easy reach of city centre (3 minutes to bus stop or 40mins walk), parks, cinema, pubs, restaurants and shops (5mins). You’ll love my place with the neighbourhood, very large airy light room, comfy bed, and homeliness. The space It's a bright lovely large room with lovely views over the trees and beyond. The room comes with a comfy double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, lamps, both heater and a fan, full length mirror plus finishings. The house itself is full of original features and is a warm and welcoming terrace with it's own garden and open aspect. The room shares a brand new luxurious large house bathroom solely with myself. The street is quiet and peaceful with a communal green opposite and allotments at the end of the road. There is always lots of free parking on the street. There is also high speed fibre wifi throughout the house. Guest access You have a very large private room with access to the brand new luxurious large house bathroom which is only shared with me. You can also use of the kitchen, living/dining area and the garden. During your stay I'll be around to welcome you into the house and on hand and happy to offer any advice. If you need any assistance prior or during your stay please do not hesitate to contact me. I’m also happy to offer recommendations for pubs, restaurants etc. Other things to note This a room in my home so please ask you to be respectful. Also as this is a Victorian terrace house with the lovely original features it does mean there is also steep stairs.
