The space The villa (semi-detached) has recently been renovated. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine and the newly remodelled bathroom comes complete with rain shower. It has one bedroom with air conditioning and a queen size bed and a bright lounge with sofa bed and 42” smart HDTV. Both the bedroom and lounge offer direct access onto your private veranda with garden and sea views. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire villa, including own front entrance, verandah, patio with dining table and chairs and ocean facing lawn with two sun loungers and umbrella. Other things to note This property is in a peaceful setting, 5 minutes walking distance to the local village Boukari and 28km from the Old Town of Corfu, a UNESCO World Heritage Centre. There is a mini market, tavernas and restaurants, car rentals and water activities in the local village and a huge range of entertainment and seaside options within driving distance. Owner lives on the property in the adjoining villa and will respect your privacy. Most of the days he will be working, however he is available for advice on dining options, sightseeing activities etc. and anything you may need during your stay. There are 16 steps to the villa from the garden entrance, and a driveway is available for heavy luggage if required. Free private parking and wifi are included.
