Downstairs area of this stunning and stylish beach side Storybook cottage is only 200 meters from the beautiful Birdrock Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The space Self contained independent studio on the ground floor of a storybook cottage. The superior studio contains a queen sized bed, as well as a sofa couch. There is a ceiling fan along with a reverse cycle heating/cooling. The modern stylish bathroom has a spacious double person walk in shower. There is a well equipped full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, kettle ceramic cooktop and dishwasher. You have your own washing machine and dryer. The lounge area has a smart TV with Netflix. The dining area seats 4 to 6 people. There is a courtyard which has a gorgeous moon pot water feature and is set up for fine alfresco undercover dining with a 4 burner BBQ. All linen supplied including towels. Guest access Entrance via the front door that takes you straight into your private relaxing studio. There is an electronic keypad with a code that you can access anytime after 3 pm. Other things to note Sleeps 4 One Queen beds and a sofa bed. Linen supplied. Flat screen Smart TV/DVD with Netflix can be watched from the couch or bed.. Bathroom with double person walk in shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric fry pan. Cutlery and crockery supplied and some essentials. Including a coffee plunger, coffee and tea. Outdoor courtyard with BBQ table and chairs and the gorgeous Moon Pot water feature. Due to local council laws, the court yard should not be used between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am Fan in lounge along with a revere cycle heating/cooling unit. Laundry area with good quality washing machine and dryer. Washing powder provided along with an Ironing board and iron.
