We have high-speed internet access for seamless streaming on multiple devices. Guest access All areas except two storage closets and the garage. Other things to note Perfect for short or long term stays as we have everything you need! All guests AND pets are required to be listed in your reservation. There is a one time small pet fee. I give 35% discount for more than 30 days, 2 smart tv's. You can login to your Amazon, Zulu or Netflix accounts. There is fast free internet, trash pickup (Tuesday and Friday mornings) and NO CLEANING FEE. I clean before and after your stay. There are always extra towels and sheets with a fully stocked laundry room. There is a full kitchen with a fully stocked spice cabinet, appliances and dishes! We enjoy cooking and want you to enjoy it as well. We have a regularly scheduled pest control inspection and spray from a licensed company for your comfort and peace of mind. Texas's climate is known to attract insects. Although we do our best to clean and inspect prior to check in, there is the occasional time that an unwanted guest may enter such as mosquitos, lady bugs, ants, water bugs, spiders, wasps. etc. please note that no discounts or refunds will be given for random acts of nature.
