Stay in the freshly renovated upper floor of our 1930 terraced house, not far from the town center. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. If required, there are travel cots available. The space The bedroom is equipped with a kingsized bed, 2 loungechairs, a wardrobe and a desk. A travel cot can be booked additionaly. There is a further room on the same floor for 2-3 people and an infant/ toddler if required. A freshly renovated bathroom with a shower and a double sink is shared by both rooms - it is all yours if the other room is not booked ;-) There is a shared kitchen with an dining corner "american style". Here you can have a nice time cooking and meeting other guests. Essentials like a double cooking plate, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave with grill- and hot air function for that all important pizza. There is a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a sandwich maker, dishes and cutlery, as well as coffee and tea. You find a supermarket only 5 min away, as well as a Kebab/ pizza place just 200m down the road. The townand station is only 1,5km away, about 15-20min walking distance, the lake "Tollensesee" only 3km. Everything is rather close by, drive just 10 min out of town and you are surrounded by stunning nature, including our many lakes, where you can have a refreshing swim. Guest access 13 steps on the original 1930's wodden stairs leading to the upper floor, which is only used by guests. There are 2 double bedrooms, and a shared bath and kitchen. You'll receive the keys personally on arrival. Alternativly, they will be placed in a key safe, so that you can check in yourself. During your stay I am always reachable by phone for questions and requests, and there is always someone nearby, who can take care of your whishes. Other things to note No parties and/ or loud music or other disturbances. The neighbourhood is a quiet one and so we do ask our guests to respect that. No smoking and no pets please.
