Private suite/safe neighborhood/Close to Hospital

This space is placed 5 min from the hospital and 20 min from the beach. It is private with no shared spaces inside. It has its own patio and own entrance. Parking in front of entrance for you convenience. There is a kitchenette equipped with small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The space I live in the upper section of the home. There were pocket doors that divided the spaces but I have secured them and added some sound proofing panels in front of the doors. You will not be sharing any living spaces. I am happy to wash your dishes and wash your towels etc upon request. Guest access Access to laundry room upon request.
