Located a short walk from both the historic center of Melzo and the train station, "La Moka" is ideal for those who want a quiet place to rest after a day of vacation or work. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with the warmth of a smile and the kindness of a freshly brewed coffee. The space The apartment is furnished in a simple but complete way. New and modern furniture. Double bedroom with a large wardrobe, desk and dresser. Living room with fully equipped kitchen also with microwave, kettle and any other necessary tool. Bathroom with shower Guest access The apartment will be at your complete disposal. You will only find two closed closet doors in which we store our tools. Other things to note 🇮🇹 English – House Rules For 2 guests, only the double bed is prepared. If you want separate beds, there is an extra cost and it must be requested at least 1 working day in advance. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. As required by Italian law, we need the identity documents of all guests. We ask you to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to better organize the check-in. No additional guests are allowed beyond those indicated in the reservation. Before check-out (by 10:00 a.m.), remember to wash the dishes, turn off lights and air conditioners, and throw away the trash. The cleaning included is ordinary.
