The space Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in our open-concept kitchen. You have access to a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with basic cookware and utensils. Bedrooms 1 & 2: Queen-sized bed with flat-screen TV added for comfort. Bathrooms 1 & 2: Refresh yourself in our modern, minimalistic bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, vanity, and complimentary fresh towels. Half bath: Accessible for your convenience. Exterior: Enjoy breathtaking views of Kingston from your private balcony, or take a relaxing swim in the sky view roof-top pool. Extras: The apartment includes air conditioning, access to a gym, and 24-hour security for added comfort and peace of mind. Guest access You have access to all visibly open areas of the home, property, gym, and pool. Other things to note We have 24-hour security on-site and an alarm system. Guardsmen are at the entrance, and a valid ID must be presented for anyone to access the property. Parking is assigned and free; areas are dedicated to visitor parking. If you need housekeeping, spa service, chef service, or airport pick-up and/or drop-off, please let us know. NO: - Parties - Pets - Smoking or scaling fish inside the apartment. - The maximum number of visitors allowed at one time is 3 (visiting hours end at midnight. After that, we will charge an extra guest fee per guest and per night.) - The gym is accessible 24/7. - Pool hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Failure to comply will attract a fine of USD $200
