The space This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Shotover Country - 15 minutes from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from gorgeous Arrowtown. The house gets sun all day and has beautiful views of Coronet Peak, Ben Lomond and the surrounding mountains. You can also get to the Queenstown trails by bike or foot within 5-15 minutes, so it is the perfect spot for your stay in Queenstown. There is an ensuite bedroom with a king bed and a walk in wardrobe. The other two rooms have queen beds with wardrobes and share the other bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine and an induction stove which is very easy and efficient to cook with. There is a big deck with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your meals al fresco, or to just spend some time soaking up the sun. There is a large driveway with room for two cars. Other things to note **Please note that we operate a bike mechanic business from a shed on the driveway of the property, this will be open during the Christmas week (22-29 December) with one person working there and some customers arriving. This will not affect your privacy or access to the house, but just to be transparent there will be someone else on the property.**
