The Property is located near 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica State Beach, features a restaurant, bar, and lounge, with some rooms offering ocean views and spa amenities. The Penthouse restaurant, bar, and lounge offer stunning rooftop views of the ocean and coastline. Amenities include 24-hour reception, concierge, and room services, as well as dry cleaning and airport transfers for a surcharge. Venice Beach is a 10-minute drive away, while Hollywood is 12 miles from the Property. The space Nice and spacious property with Toilet amenities and much more. If you are a family of more than 4 up to 10 adults, we can arrange multiple rooms on the same floor or inter-connecting rooms to make you all feel comfortable in the same place but it’s subject to availability, and advance notice is required. We have Multiple Rooms Available in the Same Building with many layouts and designs which will be assigned to you upon your arrival and subject to availability. Guest access The Guest will receive access room key card after check-in is proceeded. Only the registered guest will be allowed to stay and visit the apartment during the whole stay. Additional Visitors / Guests are allowed but always valid ID or Passport needs to be registered at reception to get access for your visitors or family members additional charges may apply as per the property policy. Other things to note All guest must pay, Additional, Taxes, Fees imposed by Property or Government payable at reception upon arrival. Property has the right to keep the deposit amount Between USD 100 - 5000 Subject to your stay period and number of nights/months, the deposit amount will be refunded upon departure.
