This large, architect-designed house with a loft-style feel can comfortably accommodate 14 people. You will have access to a wide range of amenities: gym, projection room/home theater, garden, indoor bar, and a very large living room. Located in a very peaceful neighborhood while being close to Paris, it is ideal for a large family, a bunch of friends or a group traveling for work. The space After passing through a lovely entrance hall and a corridor, you walk between the movie projection room and the large open-plan kitchen to reach our favorite space, the large open-plan living room overlooking the garden. The large room consists of two comfortable living areas, a bar area with a counter, and a large family table with 14 seats, ideal for family meals or group work. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and living room, it has a large countertop, a high bar, and all the essential appliances. On the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, shower, and a large sink. You will then go upstairs to discover the bedrooms, the gym, and two bathrooms. In two of the bedrooms, the double beds are located on the mezzanine level. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of two enclosed storage areas and an enclosed rest room.
