Individual kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, set of pots, microwave, dishes, utensils and private barbecue grill. Located within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and attractions and party houses such as Quintal Butiá and Pico da Tribo. Enjoy the swimming pool in the common area and free parking. Always available to assist you during your stay! 🌹 The space The guest house has 11 complete lofts and 2 additional suites. All accommodations have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The lofts offer a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, cookware and utensils. The pool has natural salt treatment, without the use of chlorine, preserving hair and swimwear. For greater convenience, we have our own parking lot with external and internal security cameras in the common areas. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the reserved loft, with an equipped individual kitchen, private bathroom and rest area with hammock. In the common areas, you can enjoy the swimming pool with a deck to relax, an outdoor shower for after the beach, and free parking. Other things to note Check-in: 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. • Check-out: until 11 a.m. • Late check-out (late departure) subject to availability and extra fee • Swimming pool: use allowed until 11 p.m. • Quiet hours: from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. • Parking: 1 free space per loft • Parties: not allowed • Pets: accepted (medium size), under the responsibility of the guardian and inclusion in the reservation • Security: cameras in common areas • Access: people not registered in the reservation are not allowed access to the premises of the inn
