Feel at home in our vacation home "Suseria." It is a newly renovated attic apartment for 4-6 people in 2024, in a quiet residential area in the Westerwald. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, there is also an open area in which the kitchen, dining and living room can be found as well as 1 bathroom (shower & bathtub) and is a total of about 100 square meters. Guests can use a small gym directly across the street from 6 am to 11 pm. Tenants can use a small gym directly opposite from 6 am to 11 pm. The large and bright master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 1.60 m and the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds (but can also be put together). In the living room, there is also a sofa bed for up to 2 more people. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub and is also renovated. There is the possibility to use a gym in the house diagonally opposite. Free parking is available in front of the house. Towels, shower towels and bed linens are provided. Guest access The apartment is self-contained and has separate access via the staircase. Other things to note Direct access to hiking and cycling trails in the region.
