Lilyvale Farm Stay - Toowoomba

Lilyvale Farm Stay is a taste of the quiet life with views of the countryside readily available, only 20 min from Toowoomba CBD. With the Rosalie Winery and Meringandan Pub within minutes away, Lilyvale Farm is perfectly located boasting both comfortable amenities and the tranquility of the Australian Bush. The space Located 25 minutes drive from the Toowoomba CBD, Lilyvale farm is a 45 acre property. The accommodation is located underneath the main farm house (where we live) but with separate entrance, containing a comfortable living/dining area, a kitchen with full appliances, 2 comfortable bedrooms and a private bathroom. Feel free to step outside and get a fire started in the outdoor fire pit while looking out over the amazing views as the sun sets over the hills to the west. If you are feeling like an adventure, the farm is an open property that you may like to go for a peaceful walk around to see our chickens in their coop or our sheep down in the paddocks. Guest access We do live in the house above the accomodation with our dog but noise is usually kept to a minimum. If we are free we are more than happy to show you around the property if you would like. Optus and Telstra have great reception on the property but people with Vodafone WILL NOT have reception. Highfields shopping centre is a 10 minute drive away with access to Woolworths, BWS, Aldi and a pub. Other things to note Please note: - No WIFI provided - No Vodafone reception (great Telstra and Optus) - No smoking inside - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - Always remember to shut the gates before/after leaving the paddock - Please keep in mind fire pit/BBQ are not allowed during a total fire ban - Filtered bore water available - No harsh chemicals down the drain (eco friendly only) due to septic tank system
