Additional rules Treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Make your stay a stress free experience by following our house rules: - Check-in time starts at 4PM and check-out time is before 10AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - Dispose of food waste in the trash and limit the use of the garbage disposal. The house uses a septic tank, which cannot handle food waste and overuse may shorten its lifespan. We have 2 large trash cans under the front porch for waste. If you're staying long-term, trash will be collected weekly. - Outdoor cushions should be returned to their designated spots after use. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. No illegal substances or discharging of firearms are allowed on the property. - Before departure, please gather all dirty linens and place them in the designated basket. Anything left out will be considered clean. - The nearest grocery store (Martin's) is just a 7-minute drive away, should you need to restock. - A First Aid kit and bug spray are available in the closet by the front entrance. Guest access - You will have exclusive access to the 1st store lodge, ensuring privacy and enjoyment during your stay. Also, guests have access to a shared firepit and brick BBQ area. A bookable basement unit shares some outdoor amenities, so other travelers may be present during your stay. - Feel free to contact us for any service at any time; from 10am-6pm and 24/7 in an emergency. - Accessibility: Stairs are required for access; the property is single-story. Other things to note - The house is easily accessible, located off the paved Browntown Rd, with a gravel driveway. The area has a slight slope, so 4x4 or AWD is ideal, but 2WD works fine. - Let us know if you have any special check-in needs, and we'll do our best to accommodate to ensure a memorable stay at Buena Vista Farms!
