Other things to note - Bedding and towels NOT available (different situations, see in advance); - Beach items (parasols and chairs) not available (different situations, see in advance); - Animal: 01 small dog is allowed (different situations, see in advance). In “authorized” cases, for extra animals (above 01) will be charged r$20.00 per animal per day. - AC and lights, when absent please turn off; - Do not remain with AC on and windows open at the same time; - It is not allowed to change the original layout of the furniture (e.g. beds, tables and chairs); - Trash, please deposit them in the appropriate place (outside building, near the entrance gate of vehicles) -Obs.: Check-In times (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-Out times (until 10:00 AM), different situations, consult in advance; - For your security, always keep the doors of the Building closed; - Strictly obey the rules of the condominium, posted in the lobby; - Additional guests, above 04, will be charged R$35,00 per person per day.
