An Escape Near Blue Mountains

Welcome to our cozy family home with a cottage vibe. Located in a family-friendly Glenmore Park, it features a large bedroom with a private ensuite and a self-contained study/workspace that is fitted with a double bed to accommodate extra guests. Enjoy a cup of tea on the wraparound front porch and stroll through the park to the nearby shops. The lower Blue Mountains, with dozens of walking trails, are just a 10-minute drive away. A bus at the doorstep can take you to Penrith train station. The space This is a completely private dwelling attached to the main building, partitioned with two locked doors. You will have a private entrance through the main door, with the living and dining rooms to your right and the bedroom and study/workspace to the left (see the floor plan). The dining room is fitted with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Please note that this dwelling does NOT have a kitchen or a kitchen sink. The main bedroom is very large and has a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom doubles as a study (or workspace) with a beautiful sitting window for reading. It contains a second double bed; however, occupants of this room will need to share the ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom. The whole building shares a central heating and cooling system. If you have requirements about room temperature, you need to let the host know so that the air conditioner can be turned on, turned off, or set at a preferred degree. You can park in front of the garage (the garage itself is not included in the listing). There is also ample free street parking around the house. Guest access The entire space is free for you to use in private. The entrance is through the main door. The front porch wraps around the house. The front yard is well-shaded with trees but is not fenced. Other things to note Please be aware of noise after dark as we are in a quiet neighborhood. Pets are welcome to the property, but we would like them to stay outside the bedrooms at all times.
