Perfect location, right by Via Ferrata and Loen Skylift which brings you 1000 meters above sea level in 5 minutes. 3 minutes walk to Hotel Alexandra, shop, cafe, restaurants and bus stop. The space Solstrand is a homely resort centrally located in Loen. The house has plenty of space with its five bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, WC, laundry room and fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the house has a large terrace with dining table and room for up to all 10 in your traveling party, here you have a view of Hotel Alexandra, the mountain Skåla and not least the beautiful fjord. On the other side of the house you will find a cozy seating area with fire pit and dining table with room for 10 people. Here you get a view of both the fjord, Loen Skylift and the mountain Hoven. So it's a big house, with plenty of space for both one and two families, or the group of friends. If you want to take a bike ride, there are bikes available on site. The house has good parking options. Here you will find most of the services you need. The house has amenities such as washing machine, dryer and dishwasher etc. New beds and linens have been purchased for all rooms, so here you will sleep well! You will also be able to make use of Wifi, Chroome cast , books, board games, drawing supplies and Lego for the kids. If you want to go out to eat, you have several opportunities, both at Hotel Alexandra, Hotel Loenfjord and not least Restaurant Hoven at an altitude of 1011 meters. At Loen Active you can rent trough boats, sup boards, canoe and kayak. And if you are extra sporty, you can book a trip up Via Ferrata, or test out the double zipline up on the mountain. Just 3 minutes walking distance from Solstrand is the convenience store Joker Loen. Here you will find most of the services you need, as well as a cafe with ice cream parlor. Here the bus that goes to Stryn also stops and corresponds with further buses to Ålesund, Bergen, Trondheim, Oslo etc. In summertime, there is a Shuttle bus between Kjenndalstova in Lodalen via Loen and on to the parking lot where the path to fantastic Raksætra starts. The bus also goes to Olden city center. Other attractions Nordfjord: Sagastad Viking ship museum 50 min by car. Selja Kloster 2 hours Vestkapp, Norway's westernmost point about 2 hours. For a limited period in the summer, we have known Stryn sommererski center which is only 1 hour away. Guest access When you stay at Solstrand you have the whole house and outdoor area to yourself.
