This gorgeous, peaceful lake house is perfect for your getaway! The sun sets over the beautiful lake each night, what amazing views! Enjoy the 100 ft pier, an added bonus! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home also has a laundry room, covered patio/sun room, a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and microwave. This home is right on Lake Anahuac and just miles from I-10 and 3.8 miles to the court house and near several wedding venues! Great location! One night stay is ok! No pets please! The space Sunset Visa has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom and outdoor balcony. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one with a full size bed, the other bedroom has two twin beds. The huge open living room has so much space to enjoy the view of the lake right from the couch or dining table! The back patio is also very large and has several patio tables and chairs. There is a covered screened in porch area to enjoy the view of the lake as well. This home has a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. Bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels, toilet paper & blow dryer. Kitchen has a Keurig downstairs and kitchenette upstairs also has a Keurig with 6 coffee pods each. We provide bottled water, coffee pods, and snacks! Nearby locations: 2.5 miles from Magnolia Grove Wedding Venue. 4 miles from The Springs Event Venue. 8 miles from Richland Pines Event Venue. 3.8 miles to Chambers County Courthouse 16 miles from the entrance of Anahuac Nation Wildlife Refuge. 1.4 miles from Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters and Museum. Guest access No access to any storages besides closets in bedrooms. Other things to note Primary bedroom is upstairs on a narrow winding staircase and has an outdoor balcony. Please keep an eye on small children. No pets! A $150 a day pet fee will be charged for unauthorized pets and unauthorized guests. Please abide by the rules and amount of guests allowed. If you have a specific circumstance, just be upfront and talk to me. Outside white garbage container is used to put your trash in. It’s next to the sun room outside. No smoking inside the house please! No pets!
