The space Immerse yourself in the modern and charming atmosphere of our guest home, designed with relaxation in mind. From the convenient location, to the carefully curated amenities, your stay with us promises to be a delightful retreat. Our guesthouse is in front of our main house. We do live full time at our main house, so we are available to help and assist with anything you may need during your stay while offering you complete privacy to enjoy your stay. This one BEDROOM suite features a top quality luxurious queen size bed, ensuring a truly restful night sleep. For any additional guest, our sofa bed in the living room offers a comfortable sleeping option. Extra pillows and blankets will provided and stored in the closet. The full BATHROOM is equipped with a standing shower, and complimentary toiletries to enhance your stay, such as; soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and hair dryer. The LIVING ROOM provides you with a relax and comfortable sofa bed while watching movies on the smart TV, or simply watch LA’s iconic West Coast sunset while doing some plane spotting. The KITCHEN provides a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, k-cups coffee brewer, blender, toaster and other basic cooking and dinning essentials. AC/HEAT: A mini-split located inside the room with remote control for your comfort needs. WASHER/DYER: An on-site washer and dryer are provided for your private use anytime during your stay. PARKING AREA: One car parking will be provided inside the gated premises. Upon reservation the driveway gate code will be provided. The space provided fits up to a full size car. Anything larger will need to park outside in free public parking. Internet: Wifi password will be provided for all your streaming needs. The city is large, and Lennox being wedge between Los Angeles and the South Bay makes this guest house the perfect central location’s to explore the city. It's self check-in and you will find complete information within Airbnb app. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The driveway is being shared with my wife and myself. The entire driveway is gated, and offers 3 parking spots. Therefore only one spot is available for our Airbnb guest. Feel free to use the free street parking if needed. SMOKING: Smoking or Vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from the entrance door. 420 friendly outside. Please reach out for any special accommodations.
