Urban Refuge Apartment

Our apartment combines modern style with cozy comfort. Located 5 minutes from the city center (by car), our space offers a spacious and bright living room, well ventilated and inviting. It is possible to relax on the soft sofa or gather around the dining table with a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, one being a suite with hot/cold air-conditioning with a double bed; and 1 single bed, 2 large bathrooms and a washing machine for longer stays. We still have 1 parking space. The space The apartment has an en-suite with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a single bed with space for a double mattress that is very comfortable if there are more than 3 guests. It also has a very comfortable retractable sofa in the living room, which is very spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern items that lead to its greater practicality and convenience. If you need the service area, it is also equipped with a washing machine and a clothesline. Guest access The apartment has a parking space that accommodates up to a sedan car, in the case of a pickup truck there is the possibility of parking on the street, which is very quiet. The apartment is on the second floor and access is by stairs.
