The kitchen has been recently totally replaced in keeping with the age of the property and indeed the character. It is fully stocked with everything from an air fryer to - well more than enough to host a dinner party. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and several other streaming channels. Everything is exceptional quality. The sofa converts into a sofa bed. Amazon music is available throughout the house via eco dots. The bathroom is very modern, with everything you would expect form a house of this quality. The bedrooms are on two different levels. Offering more privacy. Both have double beds and more than enough hanging space. The front garden is small but well maintained and has seating for 4 people. Free parking on the street is available 24/7. Calverley is an historic village, ideal for walkers. There are a few nice cafes, a few of local pubs, both serving great food. The Thornhill Arms is dog friendly. A fish and chip shop and a local newsagent. On a Friday the local post office opens up to sell Indian street food. There is also a few good takeaways. Guest access The whole house and garden is yours for your stay. Parking is on the street (not to the side). Entry is via the front door, through the front gate, up a couple of garden steps. Other things to note Calverley is close to several areas. Such as: - 5 mins by car - Apperley Bridge and Pudsey train station. Rodley, Rawdon, Horsforth, Bramley and Farsley. 10 mins away is - Idle Village. Cookridge, Bramhope, airport, Guiseley. Leeds and Bradford centres are about 15 mins (depending on traffic, but only 8 mins on the train.
