Your private entry room features a queen-sized bed, a bar-style table for two, an electric fireplace, a full bathroom, and a stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, keurig, and glassware. We're dog-friendly too! Let us know if you're staying with a furry friend for a small extra fee. Enjoy your stay! The space The suite has a private well-lit pathway and entry with Schlage locks and a Ring camera for ultimate safety. The room features a queen-sized bed, a bar-style table for two, a seating area, an electric fireplace, a full bathroom, and a stocked kitchenette with microwave, mini-refrigerator, bottle opener, and glassware. Complimentary water and snacks are provided. If you upgrade your stay to include the stocked fridge, then you are welcome to enjoy any alcoholic drinks in the refrigerator for the $20 flat fee. The bathroom is stocked with towels, feminine products, and basic bath necessities. Reminder: this is a basement with typical low ceilings, so super tall people - beware. Guest access Secure, private entrance with key code at the front of the house. Other things to note The Adirondack chairs and gravel patio are for your private use to enjoy the outdoors. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM-8:00 AM, 7 days a week. We included soundproofing in your room to provide a more comfortable stay with decreased noise. Please understand that you’re on a floor below our main living space, so hearing light footsteps are an inevitable sound, and our labradoodle might let out a brief and occasional bark when we get home or when Amazon packages are delivered. Otherwise, you can anticipate minimal to zero disruption, we promise. If you’re visiting with a dog, they are warmly welcomed! We are a dog friendly home and neighborhood. We provided brown bath towels to use for your pet, paws, and baths. Please do not use white towels for any pet messes - those are for our human guests. Mud or makeup on white towels is subject to a small cleaning charge. Pet owners must be respectful by keeping dogs securely on a leash when outside, picking up all poop when walking, ensuring dogs do not bark excessively during quiet hours and do not damage bedding or any decor. As a reminder, there is a $35 pet fee for dogs to stay in the suite.
