Wonderful getaway in our newly furnished and centrally located apartment. The views from the apartment and balcony over the Mijas golf course, the lakes and the mountains are breathtaking. Take a seat on the new lounge set and enjoy! Mijas golf has practice facilities including TRACKMAN. Other beautiful golf courses are La Cala Golf (8 km), Calanova (12 km) and Santana (4 km). Fuengirola (3 km), Benalmadena (15 km) Marbella and Málaga (25 km) Beach (5 km) Supermarket (2.8 km) The space Our apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite with bath, double sink, bidet and toilet. Children from 0 to 17 years old are not allowed! Peace and serenity prevail in this idyllic retreat, with a minimum age of 25 for guests. Check-in after 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: Price: EUR 50.00 Payable at the time of booking. Check-in after 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be charged an additional €75.00. This can be paid cash upon arrival! Identification is required to register with the agency. This is mandatory in Spain. Your data will be deleted upon departure. Fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and separate freezer compartment with three drawers, washing machine, dishwasher and a dryer. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, both hot and cold. Large Smart TV and high speed WiFi. The master bedroom overlooks the golf course, lakes and mountains. Of course, there is also a lot of greenery! On the terrace, there is a luxurious garden set where you can have breakfast and also enjoy a beautiful sunset. The terrace is south/west facing. Our private community has a heated swimming pool that is open all year round. (Please note that due to the drought, the pool may be temporarily closed, ask about this.) A closed parking space in front of the apartment is free. Our apartment is a few minutes drive to Fuengirola where you will find many restaurants, bar and the beach. In front of our complex is a bus stop where you can take the bus to Fuengirola, among other places. Malaga airport and Marbella are a 25-minute drive. A car is recommended.
