Whether you prefer to sit back or lay down, you're sure to be super comfortable. And when it's time to settle in for some entertainment, you'll have access to local over-the-air programming on the TV, as well as Apple TV, a TIVO DVR, and a high-quality stereo system. Sounds like the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy some downtime! Kitchen Picture a sleek and contemporary kitchen with all the latest bells and whistles. The spacious countertop provides ample room for meal prep and cooking. You can kick back and relax at the peninsula that features four stools, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or catching up with some computer work. The under cabinet power outlets add a touch of convenience by letting you plug in all your necessary appliances without having to search for an outlet. The sink comes complete with a garbage disposal, making cleaning up a breeze. Cooking is a joy with the gas stove, microwave, air fryer, and drip coffee setup as well as a 1st gen Nespresso machine at your fingertips. Laundry In the basement, you'll find a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer. The stairs leading to the basement are a bit steep, as they were built in a time when steep stairs were the norm. So, please be careful and watch your head when using them. Parking If you happen to have a car, you'll be pleased to know that there is plenty of free street parking available right in front of and around this location. Other things to note I just wanted to take a moment to clarify that the bedroom you will be renting is private, has a keyed lock on the door and is located on the main floor, just off the Family Room, and as Air B&B guest, you will have access to all common areas of the property.
