This stylish loft is newly renovated and located in a historic building (cir1900) in downtown Royston. The newly appointed studio style apartment is very spacious with over 800 sq ft. Original brick accent wall, hardwood floors and cozy decor will make you feel right at home. 20 min from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 min from Athens and 5 min from Emmanuel Univ. Adults age 21 & over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, & noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment Other things to note This is located beside a Railroad track. While the train typically only passes once or twice daily, and typically midday, we cannot guarantee that there will not be a train at any given time. There are two businesses located downstairs, below the loft. You will be able to hear customer noise during (daytime) business hours.
