Peaceful house for 4–6 people

Welcome to Trévoux. We want to do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house is located opposite a square in a quiet and spacious subdivision. It is built on a plot of nearly 700 m². Guests will enjoy a large terrace with table, chairs, sunbathing, umbrella and barbecue. The space Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with: - Large sofa bed (possible extra, provide sheet for this bed) 160 cm TV - Furnished kitchen - Dining area -3 well-appointed bedrooms with quality bedding and views of the garden or square. -Two bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, the other with large bathtub. Large terrace with barbecue. If you don't mind, we'll just ask you to top up the kibble once a day for our cat Roxy, she's very sweet and independent. If this doesn't work for you, we'll try to find a way to keep her. Geographical location: 5-minute walk: bakery, post office, hairdresser, grocery store, two bars, tennis court, soccer field, sports complex, fitness trail around a body of water, including children's games and a street workout area. 5-minute drive to the expressway leading to Quimper (Kerandreo exit) and Lorient (Kervidanou exit). The Kervidanou shopping area, with Leclerc, Intermarché, a pharmacy and many shops, can be reached in 6-7 minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Pont-Aven, Bannalec, Quimperlé, Riec/Belon and Toulfoen Forest. 20 minutes to Kerfany, Belangenet and Pouldu beaches, Doëlan and Port Manech ports. But also Clohars-Carnoët, Rospico, Nizon and Nevez, as well as Concarneau. 25 minutes from Quimper and Lorient General information: Pont-Aven is famous for its painting school, art galleries and galettes, Quimperlé for its picturesque historic center, medieval alleys, typical bars and good restaurants. Riec/Belon is renowned for its fresh oysters enjoyed along the river. Le Pouldu offers beautiful beaches and Concarneau is known for its famous walled town and beaches. Quimper is famous for its Gothic cathedral and traditional earthenware, and Lorient for its interceltic festival, submarine base and beautiful beaches. Sports enthusiasts will find their happiness with many paths, coastal trails and country roads for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, trail running and running.
