1h40 from Paris Sud, come and discover this recently renovated country house belonging to an old cereal farmhouse located in a very small village surrounded by fields. In summer, the house and its quiet garden are ideal for welcoming family and friends around a barbecue or brazier (April to September). In winter, local life resumes (hunting, fishing, agricultural activities) and you may eventually come across tractors and local associations around the house. The space On the ground floor of the house, you will arrive in the entrance and on each side, you will find on one side the living room and on the other side a dining room of about thirty square meters each. The kitchen equipped with two refrigerators is adjacent to the dining room. 1 separate and isolated toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a double bedroom and its private bathroom (with shower and bathtub) are available on the same level. Upstairs you will find 3 other double bedrooms, including a large bedroom with its open shower room in the bedroom. Another bathroom to share completes the night part of the floor. 2 separate toilets upstairs. For the outdoors, you will find on the north side a small terrace and its garden furniture arranged in summer that overlooks a garden of about 600 m2. On the south side, the inner courtyard of the farmhouse is arranged in front of the house to enjoy sunbathing, parasols, outdoor garden tables, barbecue and brazier available from April to September. Outside this summer period, outdoor amenities are available upon request. Regarding the surrounding amenities and activities, a bakery is accessible in the nearby village located 5 minutes away by car. Shops, large supermarkets, covered market, SNCF train station and Camille Claudel Museum are located a 20-minute drive away in the towns of Nogent-sur-Seine and Romilly sur Seine. The tourist activities of the region (on Provins, Troyes, Sens and Lac d'Orient) and discovery of the local terroir (Caves Champenoises, Fromageries) are located between 30 and 40 minutes by car. Other things to note Early check-in (from 10 a.m.) or late check-out (until 3:30 p.m.) is possible depending on availability and for a small additional fee of €75. Please let me know if you need anything. The fireplace in the dining room is only decorative. Baby crib available on request. Outdoor equipment (sun loungers and parasols, tables and garden furniture, barbecue and brazier) are installed from April to September and if weather conditions allow. Outdoor equipment can also be made available outside this period upon advance request.
