1h40 from Paris Sud, come and discover this recently renovated country house belonging to an old cereal farmhouse located in a very small village surrounded by fields. In summer, the house and its quiet garden are ideal for welcoming family and friends around a barbecue or brazier (April to September). In winter, local life resumes (hunting, fishing, agricultural activities) and you may eventually come across tractors and local associations around the house. The space On the ground floor of the house, you will arrive in the entrance and on each side, you will find on the one hand the living room and on the other side a dining room of about thirty square meters each. The kitchen equipped with two fridges is attached to the dining room. 1 separate and secluded toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a double bedroom and its private bathroom (with shower and bathtub) are available on this same level on one level. Upstairs, you will find 3 more double bedrooms, including a 16 m² master suite with an open-plan bathroom. Another bathroom to share completes the night part of the floor. 2 separate toilets upstairs. DRC: - Living room, kitchen, and dining area - 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom - 1 separate WC FLOOR: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 master suite with shower room - 1 bathroom - 2 powder rooms Outside, on the north side, you will find a terrace with garden furniture set up in summer, overlooking a wooded garden of approximately 600 m². On the south side, the inner courtyard of the farmhouse is available in front of the house for sunbathing, with umbrellas, outdoor garden tables, a BBQ, and a brazier available from May to September. Outside of this summer period, outdoor amenities are available upon request. As for the surrounding amenities and activities, a bakery is accessible in the nearby village located a 5-minute drive away. Shops, large supermarkets, covered market, SNCF train station and Camille Claudel Museum are a 20-minute drive away in the towns of Nogent-sur-Seine and Romilly sur Seine. The tourist activities of the region (on Provins, Troyes, Sens and Lac d 'Orient) and discovery of the local terroir (Caves Champenoises, Fromageries) are located between 30 and 40 minutes by car. Other things to note Early check-in (from 10:00 a.m.) or late check-out (until 4:00 p.m.) can be arranged, subject to availability and for an additional charge of €75. Please let me know if you need anything. The fireplace in the dining area is decorative only. Crib available on request. Outdoor amenities (sun loungers and parasols, tables and garden furniture, barbecue, and brazier) are available from May to September, weather permitting. Outdoor equipment may also be made available outside of this period upon early request.
