Located in the heart of Downtown Historic Milford, OH, nestled between the Little Miami River and the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, is a charming, fully renovated 2-story duplex built in the 1900s. *NO PETS & NO SMOKING The space Perfectly situated within walking distance to Historic Downtown Milford and the Little Miami Bike Trail, enjoy biking, dining and shopping during your stay while taking in beautiful river views. If you like to cook, the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with appliances, pots, pans, utensils, spices, and more. Looking to try some local dining? You’ll find plenty of charming eateries within walking distance including 20 Brix, The Governor, and the Little Miami Brewing Company. We also have a guest manual full of local recommendations. We have on property parking and each unit is guaranteed one parking space. Other vehicles can parking on the street in front of the home if needed. Feel like a night in? Snuggle up on the sofa for a Netflix movie night, or unplug and catch up on some reading on the patio. In the dining room, you will find board games, card games, and puzzles supplied to keep you entertained. Sleep soundly on one of our comfortable memory foam mattresses, fitted with luxuriously soft cotton sheets and bedding. You’ll wake up rested for the next day’s adventures. The unit has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. If you need additional sleeping space, the living room couch makes into a full-size bed. As with older homes, it's common to have narrow steps, so make sure you are able to go up and down steps. The bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. Don’t forget to start your day with a warm cup of coffee before you head out. Guest access Driveway parking is provided as well as street parking. The driveway spaces for parking are located next to the home. The other spaces available in the shared driveway are for the neighboring home next to us. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We have a very strict policy of NO PETS and NO SMOKING at all of our properties. If we see or suspect any evidence of pets or smoking inside of the properties, a $200 fee will be applied and you will kindly be asked to leave immediately and check out. Self-Check-In is provided via the keypad on the front door--a code will be sent prior to your stay. Check-in time is 3pm Check-out time is 10am A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
