The accommodation is arranged on 2 levels. On the ground floor: 80 m2 25 m2 terrace with large table for 6/8 guests and barbecue on 60 m2 garden with 2 deckchairs. Possible entrance to the house through the terrace overlooking a space dedicated to relaxation (sofa, coffee table) and a desk for teleworking. 1 bedroom with double bed with wardrobe for storage. 1 access to the toilet with 1 laundry area (washing and drying machine) On the 1st floor: Accessible from the ground floor or by the external staircase overlooking the entrance to the house.
