Occupancy is 2 people. We've created a cozy place to make you feel at home. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sofa, a TV with a multitude of channels, a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave and various dishes. The bright mezzanine has a very comfortable bed with a pocket spring mattress. The bathroom with a very good pressure shower and towel dryer will make you feel comfortable. All sheets, towels and pillows are provided. The space has fast Wi-Fi access (Wi-Fi 6). The duplex is completely non-smoking. Thank you for following this instruction. The apartment overlooks an interior courtyard, it is quite possible in good weather to enjoy the outdoor space located just in front of the entrance of the duplex. And finally an advantage for the neighborhood, there is a possibility of free parking in the inner courtyard of the condominium if there is space available when you arrive. The parking space is not assigned, and you park where there is space available in the inner courtyard. If there is no space available when you arrive, contact me and I will provide you with free streets near the accommodation. Guest access You have full access to 100% of the duplex. The entrance is completely independent and very quiet, as it is through an inner courtyard. You will access the accommodation using a secure key box that will allow you to arrive at the time you want.
