Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comes with a boat ramp (good when there is water in the lake or for access to the Colorado River) and comes with a new fishing pier. There is parking under the carport or in front of house. The parking space in front of the house can accommodate an RV and has water and 50 amp service (sorry, no sewer for RV). The space Recently updated. All new modern appliances. Very quiet neighborhood.
