The space The apartment, elegantly furnished and with parquet flooring, is located on the ground floor, from which you can access it with an independent entrance. The house offers two cozy bedrooms, designed to ensure maximum comfort. The first bedroom has a large double bed; the second has two single beds (including a sofa bed). Both rooms are furnished with spacious wardrobes and come with complete sets of high-quality bed linen. The windows of both rooms allow natural light to illuminate and warm the spaces. The large living room is the heart of the house, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. It has a comfortable corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a large glass table, ideal for sharing a meal or working on the computer. Thanks to the four windows overlooking the internal garden, the room is flooded with natural light throughout the day, creating a cozy and airy environment. The living room provides direct access to the courtyard where you can park your car, access the barbecue area and the pool.
