A spacious double room available in a terraced house off Smithdown Rd in Wavertree, 2 mins from bus to airport and to Liverpool City Centre. There's a little resident dog on site too (although she will never be here alone/without me present). There is free on road parking but it is a squeeze and can be busy so no guarantee, its a free for all. The space You'll have your own double room and full use of the communal areas! Kitchen is free to use, I just ask you clean up after yourself as well as the outside area, strictly no smoking inside please. Also feel free to chill in the living room, my netflix account will be logged in for you to use too. Guest access I am trying to let the room whilst I am mostly not here so there is a master lock with a set of keys for access. There may be occasions I'm about but likely I've got something planned which is why I've accepted the booking. During your stay I am trying to let the room mostly whilst I am away but am incredibly active on messages for any issues and can provide my mobile number for ease. There may be times me and my small dog are around though and we're both very friendly, she'll never be left alone at the property during your stay.
