You’ll enjoy two private bedrooms, a full bath, a well-equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea, a sunny dining/workspace, a cozy living room, and multiple outdoor lounge areas. From the morning light on the back deck to park-facing sunset views out front, the space invites both rest and inspiration. I specialize in hosting traveling professionals and folks on the move—especially those with pets in tow. While I won’t be onsite during your stay, I’m always just a message away, and my co-host is nearby if needed. 🐾 Note: My indoor/outdoor cats, Gatsby and Ramen, may be on the premises. They access a private, locked suite via a cat door and won’t enter guest areas. Gatsby may greet you; Ramen tends to keep to himself. Guest access Guests have full access to the living spaces, including the cozy living room, dining/work area, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautifully furnished patio and front deck. ☕ The kitchen is stocked with complimentary coffee and tea (Keurig). An electric kettle and French Press are also available. 🌞 Start your morning on the back deck with soft sunlight, and wind down in an Adirondack chair watching the sunset over the park from the front porch. 🛗 The front door is accessed via a keyless entry code sent before arrival. 🚪 Each bedroom has a locking door with a key for added privacy. 📶 Wi-Fi network and password are provided in-room. 🧺 Washer/dryer available for guest use. 🔐 The host’s private suite at the end of the hall is locked and not accessible during your stay. Other things to note 🗑️ Garbage and recycling bins are located in the lower cupboard beneath the kitchen bar. 🚛 Collection happens Thursday mornings, and lawn service usually comes Thursday afternoon.
