Diana offers: 🔖Hatha yoga (connection to self and nature): Hatha yoga is the most practiced Yoga in the West, it is Yoga called "Classic" which balances body and mind, yin and yang for a better physical and mental being. It is a yoga adaptable to all, by changing the postures, everyone progresses at their own pace... Vinyasa 🔖Yoga (Strength & Breath Control): It's a meditation on impermanence! What remains permanent during the practice is the breath (Ujjayi breathing), which will produce heat and it will burn the physical...and mental toxins. It already takes a good yoga practice to get started. The postures follow to the rhythm of the breath. 🔖Yin yoga (letting go and meditation): Yin yoga is a gentle but intense yoga. The practice focuses on connective tissues like ligaments, bones, joints, or cartilages. The poses are held for several minutes and require little or no muscle involvement. This allows the body to relax in depth and circulate the energy freely throughout the body. Complementary of an intense sporting practice. All yogas end with relaxation and breathing exercises (pranayama). 🧘Laetitia Edouard is: After more than 10 years of practicing yoga and its philosophy, I was trained in India in 2015 and then in 2018 (500hrs) in order to be able to teach it in turn. I believe in a life without judgment, full of joy and gratitude. These feelings guide me and inspire me when I teach or practice yoga. My goal is to help my students connect with themselves and their environment.
